Terms and conditions of sale and delivery

Below you will find useful information about using booking and online booking. For example, you can read about how we process the information you enter, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more.

Payment options

All prices stated in the online booking system, as elsewhere on the website, are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clearly stated in the situation in question.

Payment is made by using one of the approved debit/credit cards in the online booking system. A fee will be charged according to applicable rules from the payment provider. When booking via e-mail, payment can be made as a payment link.

Information about online shopping

You can shop online with confidence through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are generally protected in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, so there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet. You can read more about how you, as a consumer, should handle online payments on the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.

Shipping and delivery

When you book and pay online for a cabin, a pitch for your own tent or a pitch for your own caravan, you will receive a confirmation of the booked product. If you book a pitch via e-mail, you will also receive a confirmation.

Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Egtved Camping on the day of arrival and is completed upon departure on the day of departure. Both these times are stated in the above-mentioned confirmation. There are no refunds for unused days once you have started your vacation and your pitch cannot be resold to others during your stay.

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

If canceled earlier than 30 days prior to arrival, the paid amount will be refunded with the exception of an administration fee of SEK 500.
If canceled 30-8 days before arrival, half of the stay price will be refunded.
Cancellation 7-0 days before arrival is non-refundable.
If the stay is shortened/returned before the end of the stay, there will be no refund.

Complaint handling

Complaints about the booking process and the booking itself must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by ordinary review of your confirmation.
Cancellation or changes to your order MUST be notified in writing by e-mail post@egtvedcamping.dk.
One year after the stay, the right to complain under section 83(1) of the Danish Sale of Goods Act expires, unless otherwise agreed.

Force Majeure

If rentals are prevented due to force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, acts of war, riots, epidemic, pandemic, etc.), Egtved Camping is not liable for compensation for interrupted or incomplete stays.

Registration of information

Egtved Camping registers your name, address, e-mail address and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer database. The information is not disclosed, but Egtved Camping retains the registration for 5 years.

Egtvedcamping.dk uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, registration is done via a secure server.

We strive to deliver what the guest wants, but reserve the right to change any booking made for a specific pitch/cabin to a pitch/cabin of a similar standard without the booking being considered invalid. We disclaim any responsibility for incorrect prices and calculations.
